What is Massage?
Massage is “informed touch” and a compassionate, liberating art form, which addresses the body, mind, spirit and soul. It promotes whole body well being through an integration of techniques and tools. I hold appropriate boundaries and I am present, with pure intention and heart. I aim to inspire self-healing, respect, and self love.
Swedish
Light to medium pressure massage using a combination of gliding, petrissage
and friction strokes to increase circulation and promote relaxation.
Prenatal Massage
Light to medium pressure addressing the full body in a comfortable side-lying position. Not during first trimester though.

Deep Tissue
Integrative techniques that address the deeper levels of muscle and connective tissues.
Hot Stone
It creates a sense of warmth, deep relaxation like nothing else can mimic. Basalt stones are heated in water that reaches aprox. 130 deg. F. I use them as an extension to my hands and the heat produced warms up your muscles for an easier and deeper theraputic session. It’s a nice therapy for any time of year. Occasionally, I will place the stones on specific areas of your body for ease of energy flow, or on a trigger point that requires deep pressure
Trigger Point
Deep tissue compression of hyper-irritable locus found within a muscle.
